This warranty is valid only if a sample of the fabric and a copy of the bill
for the item purchased is submitted.
FABRIC UTILIZED IN PRODUCTION
LABOR QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF CUSTOM PRODUCTION
At Outdoorfabrics.com we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality products,
manufacturing and customer service available; however, in the event an error is made
the following guidelines have been implemented to assure a fair and expedient process
for our customers!
- Any unsatisfactory or damaged product including overall appearance; sewing/thread construction; zipper and/or tie placement – must be acknowledge in writing within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. A detailed description of the problem/flaw must be included along with pertinent order information including purchase date, invoice number, delivery date and a daytime contact telephone number.
- Any production errors such as missing ties, incorrect cushion style, etc… that was included on the invoice but manufactured incorrectly will be picked up and repaired at no additional charge.
NOTE: A detailed invoice/work order is provided in writing via e-mail to all customers at the time
the order is placed. It is the customers responsibility to read this invoice carefully and contact our
facility within 48 hours with any errors. Although we request a courtesy acknowledgement of APPROVAL
of this invoice it is NOT required. Once payment is processed and production begins – all sales
are final.
**OUTDOORFABRICS.COM cannot be held responsible for overall damage or natural wear and tear on
custom production due to outdoor elements; improper care and/or maintenance; nor any other constructional
damage caused be external forces.**
