OutdoorFabrics.com will accept returns on fabric ordered for a 20% restocking fee
plus the original freight only if the following criteria are met:
This warranty is valid only if a sample of the fabric and a copy of the bill
for the item purchased is submitted.
FABRIC UTILIZED IN PRODUCTION
What is Covered?
This warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of color or
strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric
chemicals. It does not cover labor and installation supplied by the dealer.
How Long is the Coverage Period?
The warranty coverage runs from 3 years from the date of original purchase.
What Will Glen Raven Do?
Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric which becomes unserviceable.
How Can You Get Service?
Call the dealer from whom you purchased the product, who, in turn, will contact the manufacturer
of the item purchased. The manufacturer will contact Glen Raven and secure replacement fabric
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
LABOR QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF CUSTOM PRODUCTION
At Outdoorfabrics.com we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest quality products,
manufacturing and customer service available; however, in the event an error is made
the following guidelines have been implemented to assure a fair and expedient process
for our customers!
NOTE: A detailed invoice/work order is provided in writing via e-mail to all customers at the time
the order is placed. It is the customers responsibility to read this invoice carefully and contact our
facility within 48 hours with any errors. Although we request a courtesy acknowledgement of APPROVAL
of this invoice it is NOT required. Once payment is processed and production begins – all sales
